Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. Because every piece is custom-made, production begins only after you approve your digital preview. Please factor in preview review time when estimating your delivery date.

PRODUCTION TIME

Once your digital preview is approved, production typically takes 4–12 business days, depending on the complexity of your custom piece.

SHIPPING TIME

After your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted shipping and logistics partners. Final-mile delivery in the United States may be handled by carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and package size.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped using standard delivery services.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

HOLIDAY DELAYS

During peak holiday seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order early to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and photos where applicable, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
