Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. Available shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
Order processing
Orders are normally reviewed within 1–2 business days. Portraits and rugs move into production after the required pet photo is received and the digital proof is approved. Soul-Map DIY jewelry kits do not require a digital proof and are prepared for shipment after order review.
Production timelines
- Portraits and rugs: typically 4–12 business days after proof approval.
- Soul-Map DIY kits: normally ship after order processing.
- Full Artisan Concierge: timing begins after our studio receives your completed impression or returned kit; we will confirm the next steps by email.
United States delivery
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes an additional 5–12 business days after dispatch. U.S. orders over $75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Canada delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows for Canada are calculated at checkout. Cross-border delivery may take longer because of carrier or customs processing.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees charged by local authorities or the carrier. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout clearly states that they have been collected in advance.
Tracking and address accuracy
A tracking link will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering and contact hello@papawslab.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the carrier’s expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days and include your order number and photos where applicable.
