What kind of photo works best for my custom item?
High-resolution, well-lit photos taken at eye level work best. For The Pawtrait Loom (Round and Custom-Shape Rugs) and The Canvas Chronicle, close-up facial headshots provide the highest level of detail. For custom-shaped rugs, full-body photos with clear outlines are also welcome.
Can I preview my design before it gets made?
Yes! We will send you a digital preview of your custom piece for review. You can request minor adjustments to composition, cropping, or color balance before giving your final approval.
Can I feature multiple pets in one piece?
Yes, select options support multiple pets. Please check the individual product page options or contact us prior to placing your order for custom multi-pet designs.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because every piece is crafted to order with hand-sculpted details, production typically takes 7–12 business days following your preview approval. Standard shipping then takes an additional 5–8 business days depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order is carefully packaged and dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link.
Returns & Modifications
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled prior to approving the digital preview. Once a preview is confirmed and production begins, cancellations or design modifications can no longer be accepted.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom items are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will immediately make it right.
